ICT flying probe
We offer ICT Flying Probe testers by Takaya – a pioneer and the world’s largest supplier of these systems in the world. Unlike the clasical ICT testers the flying probe stands for its name and realizes the test by moving probes to the static DUT. Testing is therefore on a software basis and is very effective in a prototype and in high mix manufacture. The flying probe devices can reliably measure not only the standard electrical indicators (R, L, C, U, I, diodes) but also handle optical tests.
