The Japaneese company Takaya belongs to the most important manufacturers of flying probe testers. It boasts with approximately 2 000 installations worldwide. Takaya is the pioneer of this technology being the first producer overall. Thanks to their long history the machines are mechanically almost perfect and able to run for a decade without any significant interventions.
