NPM-WX

Component variability, assembly speed up to 86,000 cph and assembly accuracy of +/-25 μm. These basic parameters are offered by one of panasonic’s newest models, the NPM-WX. Mounting is done using 2 linear heads, with the model able to deploy components from up to 136 feeders when the 8 mm discs are configured. A possible configuration with so-called tray components is also a matter of course, as well as various variants of mounting heads according to the structure of the components.

Due to the assembly speed and variability of components from the smallest 10005 mils to dimensions of 150x25x40 mm, the model is mainly used within already fully automatic lines for medium and large companies, focusing on large series of manufactured printed circuit boards. Of course, there is also the possibility of modularity, i.e. a combination with other Panasomic models and modification of the set-up data based on information from inspection systems (SPI, AOI) via the APC SW tool.
