This model is one of panasonic’s most used SMT mounting machines. It is mainly characterised by a lot of flexibility, but it also offers a high rate of fitting. It is an ideal choice for medium-sized companies with a broader portfolio of boards and components. Within the modularity, it is possible to assemble up to 15 of these machines into a series, i.e. the possibility of utilization even within large-scale productions with a large portfolio of components.

An important feature is the ability to fit a large range of components with dimensions up to 150x25x300 mm on boards up to the size of 750×550 mm. The assembly is provided by two linear heads that can fit up to 42,000 components based on the prepared program. In addition, it is possible to ensure the stability of the board when mounted using automatically deployed support pins, readiness for the function of automatic connection of discs, or adjust the position of the settling of components based on data from the screen printing and SPI machine.
