NPM-VF
A mounting automatic designed primarily for THT components. It is equipped with two linear heads that can be combined for different sorts of THT components, be they large components, radial or axial components. At the same time, several types of grip on components from conventional nozzles, to grip slides, to the settling of components with a pressing force of up to 100 N can also be used.
Storing the components may be in classic rolls, but there is also the possibility of, for example, a vibrating carousel component feeder or placing the components in trays. With a seating speed of 4,500 cph, very varied components with a combination of SMT and THT technologies in one machine and different assembly methods can also be deployed on boards.
