What happens if an operator loads the feeder into the wrong position?

•  The machine detects the error and the programme adjusts accordingly. Thanks to the ‘Feeder Anywhere’ function, every position is linked via data. The system reads the component’s barcode and automatically adjusts the head’s path.

How does the placement of long boards (up to 1,500 mm) work?

•  The machine uses the ‘Conveyor Sliding’ method for this. The long PCB is clamped in the conveyor; the first section is populated, the conveyor moves the board lengthways, and the head completes the placement of the second section.

How does the machine handle the placement of heavy or non-standard components?

•  It utilises the force control function. For large connectors, transformers or shielding plates, the exact placement pressure (from 0.5 N to 50 N) can be set in the programme.
